Attendance and Non-attendance Fees
Training is charged at £40 per full day training course and £20 per half day training course which is payable by all (except the voluntary sector). Workshops and briefings are free of charge.
Any non-attendance (including training, workshops and briefings) will be charged at the above rates and this is payable by all. Applicable charges will be invoiced to your organisation after the course has taken place.
Any cancellations must be confirmed in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org with a minimum of two working days’ notice before the start of registration for the course. Cancellations not confirmed in writing, or confirmed in writing later than the minimum notice, will be considered to be non-attendance (as above) and charged at £40 per full day and £20 per half day.
The only exception to this is candidate sickness on the day, provided we are informed no later than one hour after registration starts. You may find it helpful to identify a possible reserve candidate from amongst your colleagues in case a need to cancel arises due to an emergency.
